This means that we are in a reflective state as opposed to being in a reactive state where we are mechanically reacting in thought, emotion, or action to the stimuli of our environment. We need our minds and hearts to be still.

We are not projecting the past, we are not living a future that hasn’t yet unfolded.

BE FREE FROM PSYCHOLOGICAL BIASES

Personal biases are very difficult to see because they are the basis of our psychological reality.
